“Our study showed that most companies specializing in outsourcing IT services prefer to work with large customers. However, in Lithuania, more than 80 percent of the market is made up of small and medium-sized enterprises; so, ProfIT focuses primarily on such companies. According to him, the company plans to increase the portfolio of IT services and strengthen the team of ProfIT specialists. Today in Lithuania there are not enough experienced IT-professionals. It is difficult to find and even more difficult to keep them, especially in the regions. Therefore, it is easier and more profitable to work with the company that provides such services and has qualified personnel.
